A story in the July 28, 2011 Wind River News (“Debate reignites in Arapaho tax lawsuit”) had another problem, including this sentence: “Some observers contend that a decision in the tribe’s favor could have tremendous impacts on local and state jurisdiction over areas in the county including Riverton.” Unfortunately, the story never identifies the “observers.” […]
